Social workers and nurses
When searching for a cheap flight to see a doctor or specialist, most people wouldn’t even think to Google, “free airfare to hospital." We work primarily through our referral networks of social workers and doctors.
Social workers, nurses, medical office administrators and doctors are some of the strongest partners Hope Air has across Canada. We strive to assist these healthcare workers to help patients reach medical treatment and get home after their treatments. Social workers may help patients search for cheap tickets or seat sales. The sad truth is that many Canadians simply can't afford to purchase airline tickets. They face very, very long bus rides or drives at great expense.
Social workers and nurses can fill out a flight request on behalf of patients who need to travel for healthcare. Visit the Request a Flight page to help inbound and outbound patients apply for a free Hope Air flight.
